Ms. Josie has been a part of Covenant school since 2014 and has been a positive addition to every dynamic of school operations. Josie began her career in early childhood as a teacher and has worked with every age group. As the cook, Josie prepares and creates delicious meals for the children. It is important for Covenant students and staff to eat healthy, well-rounded meals and snacks; Josie considers this within the planning of the month’s menu. Josie loves interacting with the staff and children and building relationships with them throughout the day. She contributes to the standard of care Covenant provides by ensuring the children have the highest quality of health and safety. Knowing and understanding that what students eat is also a social-emotional contribution, Josie adapts anything needed for allergies and family food preferences.
