One of Covenant’s positive attributes is the meals that we serve. Keoni works hard to make meals delicious and healthy. Keoni is creative and passionate in his cooking, always creating new recipes the children will enjoy. Keoni has been with Covenant Schools since 2014 and has implemented kitchen systems to ensure the children are well fed. Not only is Keoni a Certified Food Protection Manager and Food Handler, but he also has an associate degree in Accounting from CNM.
