Danika is a talented and creative cook who has taken Covenant’s menus and meals to the next level. Danika was able to stay home with her children and raise them. Consecutively Danika became the cook for Covenant with the dream of attending culinary school someday. Danika has implemented healthy food options and adds a variety of meals to introduce the students to other food choices. As meatless Mondays and celebrating national food days have become part of the menu, Danika implements her recipes. Danika loves to make people happy and sees how food is a tool in doing so.
