As the leader of Covenant School, Richard ignites a passion for education and a love of learning. He values each child’s uniqueness and makes sure they know how much they are cared for, therefore creating a safe and nurturing environment. Being in the director position, he wants to help prepare children for all the dynamics of life and teach each child that they are valuable. His priorities are family, and his interests include creating new things, building, and designing. Richard has a talent for teaching and excitement for science. He holds a B.S. in Administration of Justice and is currently pursuing a second degree in Early Childhood Program Administration.
